Refund Policy 

We do NOT accept refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
